Priortise voice traffic on the basis of calling number

On my gateway i am having two PRI terminated and want to priortise the voice traffic from certain extensions to the selected PRI only. I want those extensions to be routed through only onr PRI. Need help for the same.

I have done that and know that "answer-address" need to be used, what i want to know is that do i need to add the same in existing dial peer configuration?
