I have installed end configured cisco unified communication manager V 11.
I have configured BLF in cisco IP phone 7861,but it is not working.
can you help me please.

Can yo check "SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space" as access to the DN.

But the problem is not resolved

Hi Akram,
If you have already made sure the the phone you are trying to monitor is registered as well.
And reset the watcher phone and Subscribe CSS has partition for the other phone.
Then you should see a subscribe and notify messages going back and forth between CUCM and phone.
So try to enable and collect CCM traces for that period.thanks
