Problem noisy call on BRI

I need your help.

i have configured a gateway ISR 4321 , with interface BRI , the problem when a make a call i hear a noise on a call .

i tested this line BRI in another gateway it work fine .

I share with you in attachment the config of the gateway and the debug of call.

The problem is from the card BRI .
