Problem service CTI down on CUCM 11.5

We have a problem with service CTI is down on CUCM 11.5 with subscriber 1, and subscriber 3 , which impact of the applications of CUAC ( cisco unified attendant console) and presence , and productivity of my customer,

you can start this service , but after a periode of time the service CTI will be down and the problem will be returned .

can you help me please the resolve this problem.

hi,

 

Service going down would be difficult to conclude here and it can be for multiple reason and require extra debugging i would say collect following logs and open a TAC case. the logs needed from transition phase were service was running and when stopped.

logs

 

1) CTI logs (detailed)

2) service manager ( to set the detail run "set trace enable Detailed servm")

3) event viewer application and system logs

 

other important thing is make sure there are no CTI connection in hung state/transition state as you are using IM&p and CUAC. you can check this from eventlogs.
