we just updated our Unified Communication Manager to version 18.104.22.1680-5, because of the possibility to use Dial via office (DVO).

But when I`m adding the Associated Mobility Identity (from an IPHONE or Android) and wants to add the "mobility Profile" to it, I get the following error:
Update failed. Mobile Smart Client is required for a Mobility Profile
I don`t found anything in the Mobility Profile which I can add.

If you havent discovered this already, you need to download the iPhone and Android ISO's to upload to the CUCM even if you are running version 9.1.1.
I have the same issue, and I also have all relevant cop files installed:

I had the same problem also.
Ruud van Strijp is correct. You have to enable Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator on the BOT or TCT device. This worked for me.
