Question about DiRT restore

Question about the DiRT restore.

If I build Unity 3.1(5) VM on a new server with a demo license, which only has ten licensed subscribers by default, can I use DiRT to restore another Unity 3.1(5) having 100 subscribers and mailboxes on this new server. Will DiRT create mailboxes in the onbox Exchange anyway?

DiRT Restore has to go onto a newly built, unconfigured Unity server. Yes, the mailboxes will be created.
