As much I remember you can disable this by unchecking this..
Go to system call handler > Edit > Transfer Rules, under "Transfer Action" section, uncheck 'Play the "Wait while i transfer your call" prompt'.
if i want to enable the "Play the Wait while i transfer your call" for all my users in Unity from a Bulk.
what is the field i have to put a 1(Enable) instead of a 0 (disable).
i exported all the user in Unity and i opened the CSV to see how can i update this option.

but nothing in there show me where i can enable or disable this option in a Bulk file.
For this type of change, I would recommend using the Bulk Edit feature rather than the Bulk Administration option;
