Hi,
I've been thrown in the deep end with a project for a third party. They are currently using RTMT to monitor their CCM but they have a third party tool which they use for other devices they would like to use instead.
I have a list of CUCM alerts they want to monitor but have no idea where to find the related SNMP or Syslog information.
So far I have been though CISCO-CCM-MIB but have not been able to find the relevant information, either that or I have not understood the information give.
I would be greatful if someone could point me in the right direction.
