We're about the upgrade our existing UCCX 7.0.1 to the lastest 9.0.2. The upgrade should be fine. We're thinking a better approach to test the UCCX/CAD/CSD before we swing over.
What i can think off is the call to the CTI RP, from there the call diverted to Application, which in turn trigger the scripts.
Any other recommendation?
