Registering Unity subscriber issue

Dear ALL

I have a trouble of unity.

The following message will appear, can not delete a user by 『Remove  Subscriber PropertiesTool』

Failed removing cisco Ecsbu UM Location Object ID and cisco Ecsbu Object Type properties from selected user.

Please make sure you are logged in as a domain administrator account that has sufficient rights to remove these properties from users in Active Directory.

Please tell me how to resolve.

Make sure you are logged into Unity with the proper Unity service account that has rights to remove AD properties from AD for that user. Typically UnityInstall should have the rights of domain admin.

Thank you for your reply!

I have heard that from the customer, and you are logged in with an account that has administrative privileges.

But, I will  try to see if it has been logged into an account belonging to the "domain admins" group specifically.

I tried a different account, I was able to safely remove by "Remove Subscriber Properties"
