Running Cisco Unity Connection version 9.1

Does anyone know how to remove or replace (with "Hello") the word "Sorry" from System Default Greeting ‘Sorry, <users name> is not available’?

Thank you

You can't change it or remove it, have your users record their custom greetings and that can be whatever you want.

Hello

YES its works using this solution :

https://community.cisco.com/t5/unified-communications/unity-how-to-get-rid-of-the-quot-sorry-quot-before-greeting/td-p/2929326

Go to the Call handler in question and check the greetings page to see what greeting is recorded/in use and active. This should show the Standard greeting (in most cases) as recorded and active. If not then you'll need to re-record the text to that greeting and activate it with no end date.

If not work using this, upload the audio file to the GREATING and it will WORK sdfse
