Resume Call Cisco Attendant Console Advanced 11

Hi All,

I have a CUCM 11.5 with a CUAC Advanced 11.

If the IP phone is controlled by the attendant console client, so when the program is open, when this phone transfers an incoming call to a DN and this DN doesn't answer, I can close this call but the resume of this call is automatic and i don't want this behaviour.

If I close the program, I can close the transfer and resume the call manually.

Is there a way to change this behaviour?
