Short answer is that you can't. Only TAC engineers or the BU can generate a (time-limited) token for root login and they're not supposed to share it with the customer.
If you knew GNU/Linux well you would know there are ways to break in. This isn't the appropriate forum for that discussion. I suggest asking Google.

You cannot until you are encountering a bug or an issue and tac deems necessary , that being said you will still not have root password as tac will not disclose the same
