Route group call flow - SIP trunk

Hi

We have two SIP trunk and it has been assigned in single route group.

CUCM---> CUBE---> ISP

The scenario is that when the one of the SIP trunk fails from the CUBE to ISP due to service provider issue, does the cucm route the call to secondary SIP trunk in same route group if algorithm is Top down automatically?

The general statement is yes. You can help things along by enabling Options Ping on the SIP Profile and dial-peer.

There are relevant parameters on both platforms that influence this behavior. For example, on CUCM there are a few Stop Routing on ... Service Parameters that can carve out exceptions to the general statement above.
