RTMT no longer ships with Java. I'm trying to install RTMT on a Windows server 2k19 with a couple of different JRE 1.8s installed and the RTMT installer is just hanging after accepting the license.
Any thoughts?

AFAIK RTMT has not been shipped with Java. I just use the latest version from Oracle and that works well.

The problem with the Oracle java is the change in licensing.

No other variant of Java works with RTMT from what I have seen.
