Hi Everyone
I wanted to know can some tell me is there a document that I can read to configure RTMT to log the number of current calls between a certain time period. I was going to download a software package call Variphy and use that but my manager told me not to because by this being a law firm it's not an approved software for the network. Thanks in advance for the help and I look forward to your responses.

Are you talking about calls to PSTN or internal calls? What kind of gateway? SIP/H323/MGCP? Either ways you can look at Performance counters for H323/MGCP or SIP sessions for SIP.
