Running CUPS 7.0 and CUPC 7.0. When I get in inbound call I will push the Send to Voicemail button when CUPC brings the call up on my PC. Nothing will happen to the call. The software disappears like it did something but the call continues to ring. I can play voicemail's through my CUPC client. Does anyone have this working? Is there a setting I am missing?

Is it a PSTN call?
If yes, check CSS (Calling Search Space) on the incoming gateway and make sure it can reach the VM pilot and VM ports.

It was the CSS on the Voice Gateway. Thanks.

I was having the original problem and now it's showing up as the Send to Voicemail option is Grayed Out.

That was because there's no VM pilot number configured on CUPS > Application > Cisco Unified Personal Communicator > VoiceMail Profile.
