Separate Jabber Conversation Windows

Is there a way to make Jabber conversations show up in individual windows? It seems that a tabbed view for all conversations in one window is the default (and only?) option.

I am not sure by default separate window option is there or not.. But i see there is an option to open in separate windows.

Window Pop-Out

You can click on the pop-out icon to move any chat window into a separate window. You can pop-out a one-to-one conversation, group chat, and persistent chat room window. The size and position of pop-out windows is remembered by the client.

Bad solution!

Go to Settings -> Appearance and then change the app view from modern to classic aaaand you're done, everything like before!
