I am installing a new CUCM BE6000 ver10.5.1 platform, with CUCM integrated with Unity via SCCP.
I am configuring on Unity Connection server the System Call Handlers for basic IVR functions.
When a PSTN user access my Unity's system call handler , and select any option which requires a call transfer, the external user only got SILENCE...no rings until Called user takes the call or the call finish with called user's VM..
When I configure any specific caller Input option and change "transfer type" from "Release Switch" to "Supervised Transfer", the caller hears MoH during transfer, but if the user decides to dial a specific internal DN he only got SILENCE.
Do you know what I am missing here on my call handlers configuration ???
Best regards

Hi Enrique,
It can be related to the "Send H225 User Info Message" service parameter on CUCM. Please check the following post for details

Could you please try calling the number from one of your internal extension. Is it behaving the same?

Internally , when user dial a number they hear proper ring sound during call transfer.

Manish !!!
You are SO RIGHT !!.
Following recommendations here:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11479361/no-ringback-heard-incoming-calls-form-pstn-when-transfered#sthash.h8em2MV5.dpuf
I changed Send H225 User Info Message to: "Use ANN for Ring Back"
Thank you guys ( Manish and Rejohn) for your interest.
