simple one: how to forward to voicemail with visual voicemail ??

Hi,

i am thinking about giving the users some "candy" via enabling visual voicemail

While testing, i found out that you can not forward the phone directly to voicemail by pressing "call forward all + voicemail button".

If you do that, visual voicemail comes up instead of the phone beeing forwarded to voicemail.

Forwarding to voicemail by these 2 key strokes is quite comon here. So is there an other way to do it?

(i know, you could forward to the voicemail pilot number, but that is not very nice to explain to users...)

Both Unity Connections and Callmanager are version 8.5.1.

This works fine on my 9951 phones (CUCM 8.0).

Well, i tryed with a 7965 and 7961 - both do not work.

no, we never fixed it or got an answer and therefore did not use "Visual Voicemail".
