We are migrating to SIP- AT&T Flexible Reach. I have a question in regards to users that move from one geographical location to another. Many times these users want to keep there same DID from different states. Is there a best practice for the management of DIDs? I could see DIDs ending up allocated all over the place with time. Also how does e911 or any other possible issues play into this? My goal is to try to convince my manager to at least attempts to keep numbers allocated geographically.
