SIP Trunk Remote connection

Hello,

I have a question about remote SIP trunking.

1.  we have a cisco 2911 CME Router, Our organization is planning to migrate our existing PSTN copper line to SIP trunk protocol. Also, some users are working in a remote location and are using Personal Sim card internet. so there is any way using SIP LInes from a laptop over VPN.

2.  currently 2911 we have 50 ephone licenses only, now we are planning to implement 100 SIP Trunk Protocol Lines . is it support 100 SIP Trunk Line Connection In CIsco 2911 ?

Re: SIP Trunk Remote connection

Please refer to this document :
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/cme12spc.html

1) u can connect a pc over VPN and use CIPC for example to make the employees make and get calls, but the VPN type should be taken into consideration meaninig that the CME should see the PC as part of the network (no natting in between) or it will cause issues such as no audio ... etc

2) from the link you can see that the max ephones for 2911 is 50 , but if you are refering to SIP Trunk sessions follow this link :
