SNR - doesn't connects the remote destination number

We are using CM 11.5

Issue :  I have a user in Tokyo having issues with SNR, it wont hit the destination number when someone calls his desk it goes to his desk's VM if not answered. 

To dial the local cell number the pattern is 00 followed by the 10 digit cell number. I dial 00 XXX XXX XXXX from a tokyo desk phone it rings the cell phone but when i put the same 00 XXX XXX XXXX as the destination number for SNR it wont go to the cell.

I put my cell phone 0010 XXX XXX XXXX ( Intl pattern ) instead and it rings fine.

Hi,

if adding your number as remote destination works fine, config seems to be okay; then you need to check if you are dialing the deskphone, is the call extended to remote end or not.

Check the outgoing setup/invite in working and non working. working when calling directly to remote end how extensions are sent.
