Hello,
There is the case which RDP has 2 destination mobile numbers. If one of the mobile phone is off, SNR does not work. Call goes to mailbox of the mobile.
I can not find related documentation mentioning treatment of multiple remote destination numbers. Is it must that both mobile phones should be on to work SNR properly?
Regards

The idea of this setting is that 1.5 seconds is too fast for a human to answer a mobile phone. So if the mobile 'answers' within 1.5 seconds, then CUCM assumes the mobile is off or out of service coverage and so it must be the voicemail for the mobile that is actually answering. So if the mobile picks up before 1.5 seconds has passed CUCM will disconnect that call.
The SNR call should continue to ring a second destination if one is configured.
So now that I think about it, you will want to increase that timer (since the mobile's VM is picking up after 1.5 seconds) rather than shorten it. Try making the setting on that Remote Destination 2.5 seconds and test. Keep increasing by .5 seconds until the call hangs up rather than roll to voicemail.
Let us know how it goes.

Each Remote Destination has an "Answer Too Soon" timer which should allow CUCM to hang up the call to the mobile if the VM picks up in the case where the mobile is off or out of range. Is this number set sufficiently low for the mobile where the VM is picking up?

If both phones are on, then both would ring for at least 1.5 seconds and continue to ring until the "Answer Too Late" timer kicks in. The 'too soon' timer is irrelevant in that case. Right-o?
