Some Services Not Running

Our jabber suddenly can't use group chat function. We check our CUCM,  some services of our CUCM are not running. We try to restart these services, but their states are still in ' not running'. Could you help to give us some solutions? Thanks.

File transfer manager and message archiver will not start unless all the configuration for the related features is in place, do you have the proper configuration to expect them to run??

If XCP text conference manager fails to start, you'd need to look at what error it gives via GUI/CLI and/or review traces from the service to try to pin-point the error.
