Sorry not devices could be activated your broadcast would not be completed cisco informacast

Hi,


I'm getting this error message with my paging zones: "Sorry no devices could be activated, your broadcast would not be completed", this didn't happen before, but lately it doesn't work. I made some troubleshooting with IC_Tester_Mcast (see files below) and all looks good.


I used Discover current IP phone information from Cisco Unified Communications Manager again but it didn't work.


I checked all my configuration and all seems to be fine, I even restarted some services in my CUCM: Cisco CallManager, Cisco CTIManager, Cisco AXL Web Service, and Cisco CallManager SNMP Service


InformaCast Server version 11.5.2 - 38  Basic Paging license

CUCM version 11.0.1.22900-14

Please let me know If there is any extra information I need to provide

Not sure if this relevant now for you. 

I was facing same issue and fix by selecting below option

 Under Administration => Broadcast Parameters

CHECKED "Send commands to Phone by JTAPI" option and everything started to work !
