Hi All

if we have Secure SIP gateways , can SRST Manager provsion the dial plan for external and maintain the same call restrictions for each user ?

Today SRST Manager only supports MGCP gateways for dialplan provisioning.

does this also applied on users class of restrictions ? or it is something unrelated ?

You can leave "calling provileges" provisioning enabled on SRST Manager site template and disable "dialplan provisioning"  if you are using SIP gateways. The COR settings wil be configured for the phone users (e.g. COR settings between departments), but diaplan based COR will be ignored by SRST manager.
