Good day!!

One question, I have the next escenario, in the expressway E only have one interfaz LAN 1 with Static Nat

Local IP Public IP
Expressway E 10.10.10.1 190.85.194.15

I vericate from external domain with Nslookup and show the next information.

set type=SRV
_collab-edge._tls.co.example.com
Server:  google-public-dns-a.google.com
Address:  8.8.8.8
Non-authoritative answer:
_collab-edge._tls.co.example.com  SRV service location.
          priority       = 10
          weight         = 10
          port           = 8443
          svr hostname   = exp-e.co.example.com

and the commnad ping reply from the public IP

Pinging exp-e.co.example.com [190.85.194.15] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 190.85.194.15: bytes=32 time=4ms TTL=54
Reply from 190.85.194.15: bytes=32 time=3ms TTL=54

It's okay that Expressway reply from public IP ??

In the external DNS the registry A point to internal o public IP ??

In the expressway E recognize the domain and CUCM and IM Presence Server, Something more is needed??

Domains
Name Services Associated zones Single Sign-On support
co.example.com Unified CM registrations, IM and Presence Service UC Traversal Zone No

Thanks

Yes, you should receive a reply from the public IP, I suggest you review RFC 1918

Because private addresses have no global meaning, routing information
   about private networks shall not be propagated on inter-enterprise
   links, and packets with private source or destination addresses
   should not be forwarded across such links. Routers in networks not
   using private address space, especially those of Internet service
   providers, are expected to be configured to reject (filter out)
   routing information about private networks. If such a router receives
   such information the rejection shall not be treated as a routing
   protocol error.
Are private IP addresses routable?
According to standards set forth in Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) document RFC-1918, the following IPv4 address ranges have been reserved by the IANA forprivate internets, and are not publicly routable on the global internet: 10.0.0.0/8 IP addresses: 10.0.0.0 -- 10.255.255.255.

In the external DNS the registry A point to internal o public IP ??

Answered above.

Not sure what you're asking here, all the configuration steps are in the MRA configuration guide.

if this helps, please rate

In this moment in the DNS external the registry point to external IP

exp-e.co.example.com ---- > 190.85.194.15

It's possible realize manual configuration in Jabber from external network ??

Example: Select Cisco IM & Presence and set public IP address of the expressway E

or only with the auto discovery srv collab  ??

Thanks

No, MRA is expected to work using the _collab-edge SRV record without any user intervention.
