SSO fails to kick-in when accessing ciscopca directly

In a SSO enabled Unityconnection installation (version 12 su2), SSO are not triggered when accessing the "ciscopca" directly.

Accessing administration triggers SSO, adn subsequently grants access to PCA.

Anyone able to shed some light on this?

We just ran into this at another client with CUC 11.5. The odd thing is it only happened on one of their three CUC clusters in the Digital Network. A coworker had the TAC case but ultimelty they toggled SSO off, rebooted, and toggled it back on again. Something went bump in the night I guess.

Thanks Jonathan, I will try this approach.

That did the trick for me as well.

Many thanks.
