Standard Greeting disable in Unity Connection

I have a user who's standard greeting got disabled somehow in Unity connection. Is there any tool like DBWalker to use to reenable it?

The user likely has enabled an Alternate Greeting which always takes precedence over all other greeting types.  You can simply login via CUAdmin web page and go to the user's subscriber record.  Select the greetings from the Edit tab and disable the alternate greeting and reenable the Standard.
