Swapping Certs on CUCM

I have CUCM (v9.1)  cluster that has been running with self-signed certificates for about two years.  We recently installed IM&P, and we're getting ready to deploy Jabber, but we haven't done so as of yet.

I would like up swap the self-signed certs for Microsoft CA certs, and as such, I've uploaded the Root CA and Sub CA certs to the CUCM servers.

When I upload the CUCM certs that were generated by my Windows CA, will there be any affect to the users? I generated the certs a while back, but never uploaded them. Very few users access the web server portion of CUCM.  Other than restarting the CTL Client,  and pushing the certs to users via Group Policy, is there anything I need to be aware of?

Nope, the only change users will see if they try to access the CUCM User page, they no longer get the annoying warning signs as you have now CA signed certificates for the tomcat.
