Testing a CUCM while a production CUCM is active?

I need to test a new CUCM in my existing network while the production CUCM remains online and functioning. The IP address scheme is totally different, and i am setting the new CUCM into a new VLAN. Can this be done while still being able to use option 150? Both are cucm_8.4 servers.

Yes, that's no different from having 2 separate clusters.

You would need to either create a separate DHCP scope, or change the one you already have, that's up to you, or manually configure the IP config for the phones.
