Hi,

If you mean send an SMS or Page to PSAP number, it is not possible with existing capability set for CER.

Thanks for your quickly reply. I'm working on a project with a city government. The city has a PSAP site. They required that our Cisco solution must be compatible with Telco's agent software for T911. I think T911 is the emergence service for the customer who needs to communicate with 911 from their mobile phone. It is the separate with desk phone system. so I'm confused about the features.

Your Cell Phone network would be independent of CER routing, I am not sure i am understanding your query. Can you elaborate on what feature you are looking from CER.
