we are using CUCM 9.1.2. The Cisco phones are an hour out (i.e. it's 17:10 at the moment and our phones are showing 16:10)
I have checked
ntp status
utils diagnose module ntp_reachability
ntp restart
Can someone please advice if I need to upload any updated cop files etc?

Are phones' device pools using proper Date/Time Group? Which time zone is the Time/Group referencing?

Yep they are in right date/time group

we got 9971, 7941, 7965, CIPC
