Hi there

Seems to be the installation process is corrupted. You should try rebooting the server and start the installation process again.

Also check the dbms-install can fail - CSCus81593

Hope this helps!

Cheers
Rath!

are you using the right OVA for the VM??

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286306100/type/283088407/release/11.5

I addition to the OVA/resource-allocation being a problem and/or a corrupt installation media, two other things come to mind:

Do you have forward and reverse DNS entries for the system you are trying to install?

And is NTP synched between the host platform and whatever NTP source you are configuring during the installation?

If you are still facing issue with installation , you may want to collect Install logs for one failed attempt.

Install logs should contain the reason for failure.

Hello Thank you for your all response,

I Think found the main cause of my problem, in fact HP Z820 Workstation is only RAM DDR3 and CUCM 11.5 request RAM DDR4.

I am Blocked I must to sell my HP Z820 Workstation :)

Thank you expert

Hello,

Enfin, je trouve la cause du problème, c’était un disque dur, très ancien et très lent. after the change of disque tout va bien.

even in begin i thought that was a RAM issue

Thank you for your support :)
