Third-party SIP PHONE does not support CUCM Failover

Hello Team,

i have configured a Third-party SIP phone in the CUCM and it is registered and working fine. Just one limitation, Third-party SIP PHONE does not support Unified Communications Manager Failover.

Any workaround?

Have you listed all you CM nodes in the SIP signalling list, SIP proxy, or however the phone in question has you identify the call processing servers? That is where you will have to do that. When any kind of device (phone, SIP trunk, H.323 gateway, etc) doesn't download its config from CUCM, you have to manually specify the complete list of server(s) they should use.
