TLS Version in UCCX and UNITY 11.5.1

Hello Guys,

How can we check and update TLS version on UCCX and Unity 11.5.1.

I am aware that "show tls min-version" and "set tls min-version 1.2" are the commands which works on CUCM and IM and Presence Server.

But same commands are not there on UCCX and Unity 11.5.

Please help

Just run a packet capture on your machine and hit the UI from your browser. The TLS Client and Server Hello packets will tell tell you what is supported by your browser and from that list the highest and lowest versions supported by the server.

UCCX doesn’t enforce TLS 1.2 until 11.6 though.
