Track multiple Web-Ex account meeting details in Single console

In our Organization we are using multiple Web-Ex accounts and facing the difficulties to find the scheduled meeting of all the users in single console. So is there any way to overcome this difficulty?

We planned to store the meeting details whenever its created in common data source from multiple accounts. is there any possibility to get meeting details from Web-Ex and store it in data source.

You can ask your org to use Cisco WebEx Meeting server. This will help you to easily monitor and track meeting information. Not only meeting tack, meeting server can help you for alarm monitoring. Have a look here :
