I'm trying to use the TrnsfVM softkey but I get "That key is not active here".
Where do I go to activate/enable the TrnsfVM feature?

I don't believe the TrnsfVM softkey is supported on CUCM but rather CME (Communications
manager express) check;

What feature/softkey is available in Cisco Call Manager V 7 to transfer active calls directly to another employee's voicemail?
We are using Cisco Unity Connection V 7 for voicemail.
We are running cucm and unity 9.1 and are experiencing the same issue. I've tried the method in the pdf but it did not work. Is there a different document for 9.1?
