Trouble with Third-party phones registration "Logon SIP Fail Retrying" on SIP phone DLV515 model

Dear All,

Have a Good Day !

Please any one assist on SIP phone setup, in our setup we are using as given below

Existing Setup:

1>  Unified CM v7.1.3 (MCS Physical Platform)

2>  Third-Party Endpoints devices ( SIP Phone Model No, T9-CM / D-Link DLV515 / Grandstream )

3>  SIP Protocol using for Third-Party Endpoints

4>  Cisco Endpoints devices ( Model no. CP-7940G / Firmware version :8.1(2.0) /  Boot Load ID: PC0303010200)

5>  Protocol use SCCP for Cisco 7940G.

Migrate / Upgrade Plann:


1>  Unified CM v9.1 (UCS 210 M2 VM Platform)

2>  Third-Party Endpoints devices ( SIP Phone Model No, T9-CM / D-Link DLV515 / Grandstream )

3>  SIP Protocol using for Third-Party Endpoints

4>  Cisco Endpoints devices ( Model no. CP-7940G / Firmware version :8.1(2.0) /  Boot Load ID: PC0303010200)

5>  Protocol use SCCP for Cisco 7940G.

Query as below:

1>  Will this Third Party Endpoints ( SIP Phone Model No, T9-CM / D-Link DLV515 / Grandstream) ? IF Yes then what are the Firmware version / SIP version support for the same.

2>  Will Cisco 7940G Firmware version :8.1(2.0) /  Boot Load ID: PC0303010200 support with Unified CM v9.1?

IF NO, Then please assist for the supported firmware and Boot ID.

If possible please provide the link base on the listed above requirement.

Problem: 

1>  I have tryied to registered the Cisco third-Party Phones(SIP Phone Model No, T9-CM / D-Link DLV515 / Grandstream)

with Unified CM v9.1 but it was not Registered. While doing the registered the IP Phone display shown message which is "Logon SIP Fail Retrying"

where as the Cisco phones CP-7940G was registered with Unified CM v9.1

How to over come with this error message?

If possible provide the  troubleshooting link base on this issue.
