I want to install a Cisco Unified Commmunications solution using the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator on windows PCs. This should give access to soft phone, presence, instant messaging (IM), visual voicemail, employee directory, communication history, voice, video, and web conferencing. What components do I need to achieve this? Please help

All can be virtualised as long as the Cisco UC apps are 8.6

Requires CWL pro licensing from cisco
