UC500 registration issue

i'm asking how can i register a cisco 7940 in UC500 plateform, i've the load in the flash and i do load this version but my 7940 ip phone does not be registered

i think that i know the cause of this pb, i must enter a "create cnf-files" to create a xml files for this ip phone, i want also know how can i activate voicemail in UC520

In addition to the "load 7960-7940 P0030702T023" under your telephony service. ensure that you have the corresponding files available under your TFTP server. E.g. tftp-server flash:P0030702T023.loads

I would open up a new conversation or open a tac case if your after a CUE (voicemail on the UC520) setup help.
