UC520 Phone Lines Locking Up

We have a UC520 and we keep getting numbers like these that will grab our FXO lines and just hang. I have to shut the port and no shut the port to clear them. any suggestions to keep these numbers from locking up the FXO lines?

That was good thanks. Now my lines say  S_SETUP_FAIL when I do a sh voice call summary. they still work but this is a strange error. any idea?
