First off, the customer is only entitled to one of those licenses, not both. Cisco was lazy and just shipped a PAK with every MCS chassis. In reality the legal language of the promotion states that it is only one quantity five per new customer.
If the customer never activated the PAK it has likely expired (they are only valid for six months). Even if they did and neglected ESW/UCSS support you would need to order an a-la-carte upgarde to the 8.5 release. It's probably best to just quote five seats as new and be done.
