UCCX 8.5.1 Enhanaced Agent Licenses

Hi,

I added 3 UCCX 8.5 enhanced seat licences to our UCCX cluster and they uploaded correctly and were verified, but they do not show when I display the licenses. I have stopped and started the Licence and Resource Maanger service, but the license count has not increased.

Has anyone else had this issue?

It looks like you have to reboot the cluster.

Are your existing licenses Enhanced?

You cannot mix license types. If your exsiting licenses were Premium and you tried to add new Enhanced this is exactly what you would get.
