UCCX 8.6 CAD Differences

We are getting ready to make the move to UCCX 8.6 from UCCX 8.5.1. Are there any significant changes or differences that we should be looking for from the agent perspective on CAD? Everything we've found so far shows some small changes on the admin side, but our concern is more on what the agents will see. Are there any major changes? Thanks,

Are you sure you mean UCCX 8.6?  I'm not seeing it listed anywhere.

Yeah, my error on that. Our Senior Engineer believed there was an 8.6 version out, there isn't. Thanks.
