UCCX 9.1 aborted/rejected calls

On a new UCCX 9 install I noticed the following error for aborted calls: "ABLISHED]->HELD; nested exception is:com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Cti request timed out".  There are also several rejected with the error "tion: CallID:38207 MediaId:687615/6 Task:26000119120, answer failed to get ack events, timeout: 5000". 

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

We are also getting the same message in our CDR reports. Have you found a resolution for the dropped calls?

Did you guys ever figure out what caused these aborted/rejected calls?
