UCCX 9, IP Phone Agent - Silent Monitoring setup help needed

So, the end goal is to allow the supervisors, who are running Cisco Supervisor Desktop (CSD) on their PC's to listen in to the phone calls of the agents, who do not have PC's and are running IP Phone Agent on hard phones.  I have seen a few guides that talk about needing to do server-based recording and setting up of the SPAN ports, but all of them seem to stop before the final steps.  Most guides I have found mention having a VoIP Recording Server running, listening to the destination SPAN port, but never mention exactly what that server is.  I am having trouble figuring out how to link the whole set of SPAN ports back to the UCCX server.

 

My question is this: Out of the box, does UCCX 9 have all that it needs to do server-based monitoring & recording?  If so, what steps to I still need to do once I have the SPAN ports configured to point to a destination port?
