UCCX Backup is getting failed

Dear Experts,

I facing error on taking the backup its giving error as "unable to create backup storage directory :/common/drf/2019-07-11/

Have checked the SFTP , FTP , Free TFTPD all i have tried and also restarted CISCO DRF MASTER , and LOCAL services on UCCX as well.

Please suggest how to overcome the issue.

Is that backup storage directory your SFTP destination, or the UCCX server? I wonder if the UCCX server, the common partition could be full. If on the SFTP server, can you verify you can reach it via an app like WinSCP?
