We have UCCX 10.X where everything is working fine in the CDR data , only if the calls are forwarded to cell phone or any other number the entry in the CDR shows unknown
Actual scenario
We have a Route Point in CUCM 8888 ---------forwarding calls to Call center Agents in UCCX
after office hours we forward 8888(route point) to cell number of the call center guy to answer calls even at home or outside
all the forwarding gets okay without any issue , when we run CDR report the forwarded calls from 8888 to XXX is not showing in the report just a small
issue that has become a big problem now
